Lysa has been a vital part of our Key Accounts team since 2015, bringing dedication and expertise to her role. She manages key territories including Alaska, Mexico, The Bahamas, Central America, the Caribbean, and Canada, providing premier service and support to clients across diverse markets. Fluent in Spanish, Lysa seamlessly connects with customers, building the sales in these regions while fostering strong relationships.

Retail is definitely in Tim’s blood! For 2 generations his family owned a mercantile, then he went on to spend 10 years with New York & Company. Having gained vast experience in store operations, visual and buying experience there , he was ready to branch out on his own and opened Metropolitan Deluxe in the hip Atlanta neighborhood of Virginia Highlands. Over the next 17 years the lifestyle store evolved into an 11 store chain of eclectic gifts, home accessories and furnishings located throughout the Southeast. Many of you already know Tim, as he’s been a valued contributor to our showroom for years. He knows what a retailer wants, how to communicate effectively to match their style, and how to direct them to what works.

Roger joined Kris & Co. in 2009 after working as a Key account rep for a large agency for over 20 years. His passion for product development and dedication to the industry make him such an amazing and valuable member of our team.

Carla comes to us with over 25 years of experience in the Home & Gift industry. She has spent the past 15 focusing on the key account business, most recently in National Account Sales for Evergreen Enterprises. Her area of concentration has been on department store sales (private label to in-line product and everything in between) and she has worked with all classes of trade during her career. Carla is a top-performing sales leader that caught our eye not only for her relevant experience, but also for her excellent communication skills and belief that outstanding customer relationships are the keys to success.

Al and his wife Kathy started Al Hattendorf Associates over 30 years ago and have loved it through all of the growth and changes in the industry. Al is thrilled to now be a part of Just Got 2 Have It! in our Mid-Atlantic Division and looks forward to continuing to work with key accounts.
